In Memoriam: William “Billy Joe” Morgan

William “Billy Joe” Morgan of Jacksonville died on Saturday, Aug. 20. A longtime member of NCAJ, Morgan practiced law from 1967 to 2022. Morgan served on the NCAJ Board of Governors and as a vice president. He was a graduate of Davidson College and the University of North Carolina School of Law. Find his obituary here.
