Our mission is to promote and safeguard the rights outlined in the Constitution and protect the civil liberties of those who have been historically marginalized.
We focus on consumers and businesses with legal needs that arise out of loan formations, contracts and transactions including litigating claims of fraud, unfair debt practices, class actions, insurance bad faith and more.
Our community includes public defenders and private practitioners representing defendants facing a range of criminal charges, from misdemeanors to capital murder.
We represent individuals before the Social Security Administration and the federal courts in matters related to disability, retirement, dependent and entitlement benefits.
We represent property owners whose Constitutional rights have been violated by the taking of their private property for public use without just compensation.
We are a vibrant community that includes most of the plaintiff-side employment attorneys in the state focusing on all aspects of employment and labor law.
We are a statewide community of attorneys dedicated to serving clients involved in child custody, marital property and spousal abuse matters and more.
We seek to identify and support initiatives that address legal challenges facing the Hispanic/Latino community.
The Immigration Law section aims to promote, aid immigrant and refugee communities of North Carolina.
We meet to discuss issues pertinent to the practice area and work to serve as a voice for juvenile delinquency matters in the political arena.
We offer a space for lawyers in their first 10 years of practice to collaborate and share experiences, insights and knowledge with one another.
We focus on long-term care litigation, a practice area that involves unique issues and regulations distinct from other medical malpractice or personal injury matters.
We are paralegals, legal assistants, and legal support staff, the backbone of every great law practice.
We offer support, resources, and a collaborative environment for North Carolina attorneys who handle products liability cases, class action and mass torts.
We represent individuals against professionals such as doctors, lawyers, engineers and accountants.
