In Memoriam: Mathias “Matt” Hunoval

Mathias “Matt” Hunoval died June 25 at age 82.

He practiced law in Wilmington and Greensboro before retiring to live in Belize. Hunoval earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and his law degree from Duke University School of Law.

He was a member of NCAJ from 1988 to 2007.
