In Memoriam: Martin T. McCracken

Martin T. McCracken died April 24, 2025. He was 59.

McCracken graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar and earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He served as special deputy attorney general for the North Carolina Department of Justice.

He was a member of NCAJ from 1994 to 1997.
