Third Class of NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program Includes 11 Up-and-Coming Lawyers
The new class of the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program includes 11 lawyers. The program, now in its third year, has graduated 32 fellows so far.
NCAJ NEXT engages new lawyers to become leaders in the profession through team building, skills training and self-exploration. NCAJ NEXT Facilitator Jes Averhart, a nationally recognized leader in the personal empowerment field, designed and leads the program. Members of the NCAJ NEXT class of 2024 are:
