Bello Castro Opens Firm

Daniel Bello Castro has opened Bello Law Firm, PLLC, where he will focus his practice on personal injury, immigration and traffic matters. His legal career includes working for Legal Aid of N.C.’s Farm Workers’ Unit where he represented victims of labor trafficking. He also interned at the U.S. Committee for Refugees representing minors seeking asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. During law school Bello earned a spot at the Capital Business Law Clinic in Raleigh, where he advised startups and clients in business formation, owners’ rights, and other business law matters.
He earned his law degree from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. His most recent position was with the The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin.
Bello is an NCAJ NEXT Leadership fellow who completed the program in 2024. He is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section, Hispanic/Latino Division and New Lawyers Division and has served as a panelist at Campbell Law and Elon Law this year.
