NOSSCR Board Elects Fleming Treasurer

Rick Fleming has been elected to serve as treasurer of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Fleming, is the lead Social Security Disability attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. Last year, Fleming served as NOSSCR secretary. He will continue with his responsibilities as a member of the board of directors and NOSSCR PAC, as well as the Fourth and D.C. Circuits Representative of NOSSCR. Fleming is the legislative chair of NCAJ’s Disability Advocacy Section
