NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program Selects 11 For Class of 2025
The new class of the NCAJ NEXT Leadership Program includes 11 lawyers. The program, now in its fourth year, has graduated 43 fellows so far.
NCAJ NEXT engages new lawyers to become leaders in the profession through team building, skills training and self-exploration. NCAJ NEXT Facilitator Jes Averhart, a nationally recognized leader in the personal empowerment field, designed and leads the program. Members of the NCAJ NEXT class of 2025 are:
