The News & Observer has reported on NCAJ members Abraham Rubert-Schewel of Tin Fulton Walker and Owen and Micheal Littlejohn Jr. of Littlejohn Law, PLLC who along with attorney Emily Gladden, report reaching a $2 million settlement on behalf of multiple plaintiffs in a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Raleigh. The plaintiffs’ complaint included allegations of false accusations by Raleigh police that resulted in some plaintiffs being wrongfully jailed for months. Read the story here.
