Hynson Forms New Firm With Blau

Warren Hynson announces the formation of Blau & Hynson, PLLC, with Dan Blau. Located in Raleigh, Blau & Hynson focuses on criminal appellate and post-conviction litigation in state and federal cases across North Carolina. Blau & Hynson also provides appellate consultation to criminal trial attorneys.

Hynson earned his law degree from New England Law Boston. He was member of the UNC School of Government’s Racial Equity Network in 2017-2018 and served on the Wake County Public Defender’s Indigent Appointment Committee. Hynson is a fellow of NCAJ’s NEXT Leadership Program class of 2024.

He was previously the owner of Hynson Law, PLLC

Blau is a North Carolina State Bar board-certified specialist in appellate practice.
