Roberson Joins Blau & Hynson

Michael Roberson joined Blau & Hynson as senior associate. He focuses on criminal appeals, post-conviction litigation, and claims involving wrongful conviction and actual innocence. Before joining the firm, Roberson served for seven years as a staff attorney with the North Carolina Center on Actual Innocence,

Roberson earned his law degree at the University of North Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is a member of NCAJ’s Criminal Defense section and New Lawyers Division.
