Beacham, Henson Named Co-Chairs of AAJ Land Condemnation Litigation Group

Christopher Beacham and David Henson of Henson Fuerst Attorneys have been named co-chairs of the AAJ Land Condemnation Litigation Group. Formed at AAJ’s 2025 Winter Convention, the group provides a forum for AAJ members to share critical expert information and materials and to organize, educate, and coordinate as they navigate the complexities of this practice area.

Henson is a past president of NCAJ. Beacham is vice chair of NCAJ’s Eminent Domain Section.
