Professional Negligence Section

With over 200 section members, our collaboration takes place at multiple levels, creating a dynamic environment for sharing information. This includes in-depth discussions about opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and motions practice during our monthly virtual roundtable and active section listserv. Section members receive a discount to the section-specific CLE held in January and as one of the largest sections within the NCAJ, our members from across the state further fortify and diversify our section.
