I, the undersigned, a registrant either in person or virtually at North Carolina Advocates for Justice’s Updates from Camp Lejeune Leadership CLE Seminar, on September 27, 2023, at NCAJ HQ in Raleigh state as follows:

  1. I hereby swear and affirm that, for the most part, based on caseload and time, I represent, or am employed by an attorney who represents, the plaintiff in civil litigation and/or the defendant in criminal litigation.
  2. I understand there may be discussion regarding confidential information, including state and federal legislative and regulatory advocacy, which is per se confidential.
  3. I hereby swear and affirm that I will not disclose or disseminate information provided by this program in any way, including on social media, except to those I know to be plaintiff attorney members of NCAJ or practicing plaintiff’s attorneys in other states.
  4. I hereby swear and affirm that I will not record, photograph, or screenshot any portion of this program.
