Will Shuford is a criminal defense attorney at Kurtz & Blum having practiced both civil and criminal law during his career. Will began his career as criminal defense attorney, focusing his practice on a broad range of traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases. He then went to work in a civil law firm, but his passion has always been defending the accused and he is happy to be back doing what he loves.

Will is a member of NCAJ’s Criminal Defense and New Lawyers Division sections. He also serves on NCAJ’s Legislative Committee.

He earned his J.D. at the University of South Carolina and joined NCAJ in 2023.
