Born in Venezuela, and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, Santiago Arroba earned his bachelor of arts in ancient history and creative writing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.

He is a gradaute of the NCAJ’s NEXT Leadership Program.
