Sam Kramer is a partner at MacDonald Hoague & Bayless, a Seattle-based civil rights and immigration firm. He opened the firm’s Minneapolis Office in 2022. He practices employment and civil rights law, representing plaintiffs in a variety of cases, including employment discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour violations, police misconduct, public accommodations discrimination, and jail and prison constitutional violations. He is currently the President of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers’ Association. He went to Georgetown University Law Center.
