Sach Oliver is a distinguished attorney known for his aggressive advocacy and exceptional courtroom skills. He graduated valedictorian from high school and attended Arkansas State University on both an academic and rodeo scholarship, where he also served as Student Government President and received the Wilson Award for Outstanding Service. He earned his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis on Economics.

Sach graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he won the prestigious “Best Oral Advocate” award in the National Trial Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers. This achievement led to an invitation to speak at the organization’s annual convention in London alongside Chief Justice John Roberts.

A constant learner and teacher, Sach regularly instructs National and State Trial Lawyer Organizations on litigation tactics. He is recognized for his strategic courtroom presence, handling opening and closing statements, jury selection, and witness examinations for the Oliver Law Firm Trial team.

Sach’s trial skills have garnered numerous successful verdicts and accolades. He has been recognized by the American Association for Justice as an outstanding trial lawyer and was named Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2008 and Outstanding Trial Lawyer in 2015 by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA). He served as President of the ATLA for 2022-2023, and his team was named ATLA Trial Team of the Year for 2022. Sach is also on the board of regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and is one of only two board-certified members of the ATAA in Arkansas.
