RJ started his own law firm, The Antonelli Law Firm in 1997 and since that time has been practicing law in Durham and Raleigh, managing two offices.

He practices Real Estate, Probate and Family Planning, and Corporate law.

RJ earned his law degree at Cleveland Marshall College of Law and joined NCAJ in 2024.
