Robert “Bob” Warlick was born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina, graduated from Jacksonville High School and attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Campbell Law School where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate.

Bob has been practicing law in Jacksonville since 1997 with extensive experience litigating claims involving motor vehicle accidents resulting in serious personal injury or death. He has also litigated numerous cases involving complex insurance coverage issues and first-party bad faith insurance claims.

Bob has represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials, and has extensive experience and training in trial advocacy. He has been recognized by the publications Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers in the area of Plaintiffs personal injury litigation.

Warlick is a third generation lawyer and has been exposed to law for most of his life. He is passionate about helping individuals who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligence of others. He is very proud to call Jacksonville home and in his free time enjoys spending time with his children, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and enjoying all that coastal North Carolina has to offer.
