Robert Herford represents clients in injury and wrongful deaths cases. He has obtained licenses to practice law in all state courts of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia in addition to Federal Courts including the Western District of North Carolina. Robert has also appeared on matters in the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Robert is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts and Premises Liability Section and serves as a s Membership Co-Chair, he is also a member of NCAJ’s Eminent Domain section and the New Lawyers Division.

He earned his J.D. at Charleston School of Law and has been an NCAJ member since 2017.
