Rick Anderson is a partner in Sumwalt Anderson Law in Charlotte. He focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, medical negligence and catastrophic personal injury cases. He has successfully represented individuals with different levels of paralysis (quadriplegia & paraplegia), severe traumatic brain injury, and amputation in their workers’ compensation claims. Anderson has tied these catastrophic cases before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the Full Commission, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Many of these cases ultimately resulted in multi-million dollar settlements.

Anderson received his bachelor of arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
