Rich Gettings founded North Carolina Legal Services to address systemic inequality in the Justice System. He currently is serving as its Executive Director and as a member of the Board.

Rich is a member of NCAJ’s Family Law Section and NCAJ’s New Lawyers Division.

He earned his law degree from UNC School of Law and joined NCAJ in 2024.
