Prior to joining The Noble Law, Rebecca Mayer worked for over a decade with the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Mayer’s first role with the DOJ was as Assistant General Counsel for the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. She is now Partner at The Noble Law, representing clients through all phases of employment litigation

Rebecca is a member of NCAJ’s Employment Law Section, Women’s Caucus, and New Lawyers Division.

She earned her J.D. at University of Michigan Law School and became a member of NCAJ in 2026.
