Rebecca Britton has represented clients who have been injured or lost a loved one due to the negligence of others for three decades in Cumberland and surrounding counties in North Carolina. In her of counsel status with Maginnis Howard since 2021, she has offered assistance to parties to this type of litigation to resolve their disputes prior to trial as a certified N.C. Superior Court Mediator.

Britton currently serves as Emeritus Board Member of the North Carolina Mock Trial Program, which helps high school students across North Carolina experience a challenging and fun competition that builds public speaking skills, confidence, analytical ability, teamwork, leadership and a sense of civic duty. Britton has been involved with this program for over 30 years, from coaching a team to serving on the North Carolina and National Boards for High School Mock Trial.

Britton earned her law degree from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
