Miller is a founding partner with Blanchard, Miller, Lewis & Isley, P.A., where he devotes his practice to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect and motor vehicle negligence. He is a former member of the NCAJ Board of Governors.

Philip is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts and Premises Liability, Nursing Home Litigation, Professional Negligence Sections and the Hispanic/Latino Division.

He earned his J.D. at Campbell University School of Law and has been a NCAJ member since 1993.
