Trish Holland has been a certified mediator in North Carolina since 2001. She devotes her professional career to serving as a mediator in legal disputes brought in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina — primarily in the field of employment law. Trish has been routinely recognized as one of the state’s best lawyers in the field of mediation and in the field of employment law. She is a former chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section. A graduate of the Wake Forest School of Law, Trish also completed the Harvard School of Law “Advanced Negotiation” program.
