Michael Roberson is a senior associate at Blau & Hynson. He focuses on criminal appeals, post-conviction litigation, and claims involving wrongful conviction and actual innocence. Prior to joining Blau & Hynson Roberson provided pro bono representation to wrongfully convicted individuals across North Carolina as staff attorney with the North Carolina Center on Actual Innocence.

Roberson is a member of NCAJ’s criminal defense section and new lawyer’s division.

Roberson earned his J.D. at North Carolina School of Law and has been a member of NCAJ since 2021.
