Matt Meltzer is tax counsel with the law firm of Flaster Greenberg P.C. in Conshohocken, PA. Meltzer has worked closely with NSSTA and other industry leaders in the field of litigation settlements and has national experience in advising clients on attorney fee deferral arrangements. Meltzer also assists clients in transactions involving like kind exchanges of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, state tax matters, and general tax advice. Meltzer has spoken at national conferences about the GLAM, including at NSSTA’s Annual Meeting in May 2023.
