Matt Harbin is a N.C. State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law who practices with the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Durham. Before joining Farrin, Harbin served as a Special Deputy Commissioner on the North Carolina Industrial Commission. 

Matt is a member of the Hispanic/Latino Division, Legislative Committee, and Legislative Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section.

He earned his law degree from the UNC School of Law and has been an NCAJ member since 2003.
