Marianna Baggett focuses her practice primarily in the area of land condemnation litigation. As an associate in Howard Stallings’ Eminent Domain practice group, she represents Fortune 100 companies, large financial institutions, local businesses and individuals throughout the roadway design and acquisition process.

When she isn’t practicing law, Baggett enjoys cheering for the Tar Heels, spending time at the coast, playing golf with her husband and taking her dog, Dolly the Dachshund, on walks around Raleigh.
