Lisa has represented indigent criminal defendants for over thirty years., to include death penalty litigation at the trial and post-conviction level, as well as high level felony appeals. She currently consults with death penalty defense teams to advise on all aspects of capital trial work, especially intellectual disability and mental health issues and capital jury selection.
