Lee A. Rodio is a litigation attorney at Howard Stallings Law Firm with experience representing plaintiffs in a range of practice areas and a specific focus on matters of property insurance, personal injury (including car accidents), and medical malpractice.

Lee represents clients in all phases of litigation, including at depositions, hearings, general negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, jury and bench trials, and appellate advocacy. He has prevailed in both written and oral argument, and has represented a wide variety of clients, including private individuals, small businesses, owners’ associations, and more.

Outside of the office, Lee enjoys making memories with his wife Megan, spending time with his family, supporting his siblings in their athletic and artistic pursuits, and maintaining an active role in various ministries of the United Methodist Church. He can often be found strumming his guitar, performing at gigs around the Triangle area, and spending fall Saturday afternoons in Wallace Wade Stadium cheering on the Duke Blue Devils. A native and life-long Durham resident, Lee also sits on the boards of three non-profit organizations and maintains a strong commitment to active engagement in the civic life of the Durham and greater Triangle communities.
