Lauren Newton, practices personal injury, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and medical malpractice law with Tin, Fulton, Walker & Owen, PLLC. She serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice and as Legal Affairs Vice President for the NCAJ.

Newton serves as the chair of NCAJ’s Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section and the legislative co-chair of Professional Negligence section. She also is a member of NCAJ’s Workers’ Compensation, and Women’s Caucus sections.

She earned her law degree from UNC School of Law and has been a member of NCAJ since 2011.
