Katie Rose Marion is a New Mexico-licensed attorney dedicated to the pursuit of truth and justice on behalf of clients for claims arising out of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful deaths. Originally from Surry County, North Carolina, Ms. Marion is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law and now works as a sole practitioner in the Southwest. She has been a member of the New Mexico State Bar since 2019 and also represents clients in other jurisdictions pro hac vice with local counsel. Most recently, she and local counsel secured a global settlement of $12 million for the wrongful death of a North Carolina employee killed on the job while across state lines.
