Katie Setzer clerked at the N.C. Court of Appeals as a Clerk for Judge John Tyson. She then began working with Shelby, Pethel, and Hudson, P.A., and is now a partner. Sheis presently on the Board of Directors at Waterworks Visual Art Center and is on the Altar Guild and is a Children’s Church volunteer at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. She fiercely loves the law and upholding its values, as well as her community. 

She is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts and Premises Liability Section and Workers’ Compensation Section.

Katie earned her J.D. at Campbell Law School and has been a member of NCAJ since 2004.
