Katharine Batchelor works on employment, civil rights, and consumer matters that depend on disciplined execution and attention to detail.

Katherine serves as Vice Chair of NCAJ’s Products Liability, Class Actions & Mass Torts Section and also serves as Membership Co-Chair of NCAJ’s New Lawyers Division.

She earned her J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law and joined NCAJ in 2023.
