Julie Bell handles personal injury pre-litigation clients at Daggett Shuler, and she is a partner with the firm. Helping clients and potential clients resolve their issues is her priority. She also takes her obligation to help others in the legal profession seriously by regularly speaking at legal seminars on all issues involving disbursements of personal injury settlement funds, by writing a chapter in the NCAJ liens manual regarding Medicare disbursement issues in personal injury claims and by serving as the co-chair for the NCAJ annual disbursements seminar since 2016. She has been an active member of NCAJ by serving on the Board of Governors, by acting as Vice President of Education in 2014, and by serving on the Auto Torts & Premises Liability Executive Committee from 2006 to the present, including two stints as the chair of the Section.
