In his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Holton represents people injured due to defective products, medical mistakes and unsafe premises. He has recovered millions of dollars for clients in personal injury matters. Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Holton represented Fortune 500 companies, large insurers, and hospital systems.

John is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts and Premises Liability section and is a member and education co-chair of the Professional Negligence section.

He earned his J.D. from the UNC School of Law and has been a member of NCAJ since 2006.
