Joseph Tunstall has tried over 100 cases throughout the Superior Courts of North Carolina on behalf of seriously injured folks. His extensive trial experience includes personal injury, vehicle accident, and slip, trip and fall cases in front of North Carolina juries.

Joe is a member of the NCAJ Auto Torts and Premises Liability and Professional Negligence sections. He is a former member of the NCAJ Board of Governors.

Joe earned his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law and has been a member of NCAJ since 2000.
