Jessica Heffner is a partner at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP, where she practices exclusively family law matters, including premarital agreements, marital contracts (such as postnuptial, reconciliation, and separation agreements), divorce, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, and child custody. Jessica is a North Carolina Board Certified Family Law Specialist and NC DRC Certified Family Financial Mediator. She is also a State Bar Councilor for the 10th Judicial District of NC and the Vice Chair of the Family Law Section of the NC Bar Association. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from Campbell University School of Law.
