Jeremy Williams has prosecuted cases against some of the largest companies in the world and has recoveredtens of millions of dollars for employees and consumers nationwide in class actions and single event litigation. Specifically, he has successfully litigated numerous class action cases involving unpaid sales commissions by tech and insurance companies, consumer fraud, retirement fund mismanagement, and products liability. Mr. Williams has also resolved class action lawsuits against major universities for violations of Title IX that led to the reinstatement of women’s varsity sports teams.

Jeremy is a member of NCAJ’s Employment Law section and is member and Past Chair of the Products Liability, Class Action & Mass Torts section.

He earned his J.D. at Campbell Law School and joined NCAJ in 2014.
