Jacob Goad practices with Jacob Goad Law in Durham where he concentrates on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Before earning his law degree, Goad lived and worked in Peru participating in environmental advocacy and coordinating international delegations. His experiences in Peru informed his decision to become a workers’ comp and injury attorney.

Goad graduated from North Carolina Central University’s evening law program for students while working as a paralegal.

He is a member of the NCAJ Workers’ Comp Executive Committee Board and chair of the Hispanic / Latino Legal Issues Division.
