Frank Bricio was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and moved to North Carolina in 3rd grade. His father was an attorney in Mexico. As an adult, he was fortunate to travel with his father, visiting courthouses and clients in Central and Western Mexico.
Such experiences led Frank to going to law school and representing members of the Latinx community in North Carolina. He represent injured employees in workers’ compensation claims and, with his wife who also is an attorney, represents injured individuals in a variety of personal injury claims ranging from premises liability to motor vehicle and medical malpractice claims. He is active in the workers’ compensation section and the Hispanic/Latino Division and has served as chair of each.
