Edwin’s journey through the legal field began in the corridors of the Superior Court, where he developed a profound passion for the law. He immersed himself in the complexities of the legal system, witnessing the intricate processes and struggles for justice that many individuals face on a daily basis.
Edwin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University where he graduated summa cum laude. Thereafter, he attended Western State College of Law on a full scholarship, where he distinguished himself as a dedicated and accomplished student. He worked as a certified law clerk during the day and pursued his studies by night, demonstrating unwavering commitment even during the summer months. His achievements included membership in the Deans’ Circle, the Distinguished Honor Roll, the Honors Moot Court Team, and serving as a Deans’ Fellow. Edwin graduated as valedictorian, Editor-in-Chief of the Western State Law Review, and was the recipient of a Certificate of Distinguished Public Service.
After graduating, Edwin successfully passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt and subsequently gained admission to practice law in several states, including Alaska, Colorado, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Outside of his professional life, Edwin enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a passionate fan of California burritos.
