Danny Donahue is the only Board-Certified Criminal Law Specialist based in Dare and Currituck Counties, a five-time Super Lawyers honoree (2022–2026), and a former Rising Stars selection (2018–2020). He has handled thousands of criminal cases in these courts over more than 15 years.

Daniel is a member of NCAJ’s Criminal Defense section.

He earned his J.D. at Charlotte School of Law and joined NCAJ in 2009.
