Blia Vang earned her Juris Doctorate from Wisconsin Law School in 2005.  In 2009, Blia opened her private practice in Hickory focusing on Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injuries, and Disability.  Blia is dedicated to serving the underserved population and the minority community. Outside of work, Blia enjoys traveling, outdoor hiking, and spending time with her four children.  Blia’s weekend are packed with gymnastic and soccer tournaments. 

Being new to North Carolina many years ago, Blia joined NCAJ as a member to make friends.  Today, Blia serves on the Board of Governors and as Diversity Chair for the Auto Torts & Premises Liability Section. Blia is a member of NCAJ because we share the same mission and goal of protecting the people’s rights.
