Baxter L. Sobolewski focuses his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death cases. He stays actively involved in the legal community through the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. 

Baxter is a member of NCAJ’s Auto Torts and Premises Liability section and New Lawyer Division.

He earned his J.D. at Charleston School of Law and joined NCAJ in 2025.
