Winikoff a Partner at Elliot Morgan Parsonage

Ben Winikoff has become a partner in the Winston-Salem firm Elliot Morgan Parsonage, PLLC. Winikoff focuses his practice on employment law, workers’ compensation and personal injury, and has been with the firm since 2015. He earned his bachelor of arts at Wake Forest University, where he majored in history, and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Winikoff is a N.C. State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. He belongs to NCAJ’s Auto Torts & Premises Liability, Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation Sections and the New Lawyers Division.
