Weiss Moves to Fair and Just Prosecution Organization
Former NCAJ member David Weiss has departed the Center for Death Penalty Litigation to take a new position at Fair and Just Prosecution, a national organization that provides legal, policy, and communications support to the new wave of reform prosecutors who have been elected across the country. Weiss’ new role is senior research and policy associate. He was with the CDPL for 14 years, including two as the CDPL’s senior staff attorney.
